If you provide your postal address, we will retain it only until we have posted your physical Star Card to you, after which point it will be deleted. We will retain your postcode (separated from any other personal information), so that we may analyse the geographical area for audience profiling.
If you confirmed that you wanted to receive email newsletters, we will keep your name and email address in our active file, until you unsubscribe.
We will use your name and email address for some or all of the activities detailed in the section above – ‘What do we use your information for?’
We may from time to time request that you create an affirmative action vie email or our website to keep your record active.
